I just recently got a Patagonia. it is a bit short, but still nice. I typically just throw on a crew neck long or short sleeve shirt underneath that matches the general color scheme. I don't particularly like the look of a collar underneath the snaps, but that's just imo.
anyone know how uniqlo fleece jackets fit? 6'1, 145 and was leaning towards an xl before finding a reddit thread from Googleing the sizing. I just dunno.

Depends, will have to see a fit pic. I got beige and I feel that's the most versatile out of all of them.
fleece is trash, plain and simple. its cheap polyester. after a few washes, it stops being soft and gets crusty. it attracts lint and fuzz and hair. the material pills. theres literally no reason to wear fleece. get a wool sweater instead.
if you must get a fleece jacket, i think the topo designs ones are the best. better than patagonia for sure.
