I think clothes in general look better with age, they form in to your body and start looking like they have more character with wear.
Most of my favorite clothes are old as fuck and beaten to death.

Dirty shoes doesn't make them look worn, it makes them look dirty, also damaged is not worn although in some cases it can look pretty neat
Sweaters, especially Shetlands.
They get that soft, nappy look after a few years. Holes around the elbow area are to be considered patina.
