Honestly go look in a nearby mall. If you want to spend more money find what type you like and search for a more expensive version online, most mall jewelry is just a worse version of designer jewelry. I don't know what a stripe top is, google just gives me striped tops so it doesn't really help.
Matching hair color is pretty simple though, go with blue if lighter and greener if it's darker.
If the girl likes you she will atleast appreciate that you tried whatever you get, but if you want to be more sure just ask her desu.
