London has a couple shops where you can get second hand bespoke-tailored suits for less than that budget. Great shape, knockout quality.

get a tailor to take your actual measurements, then go on ebay and use them to buy a used suit that belonged to a dead guy the same size and shape as you
as long as you're not a total dipshit and don't buy something in a weird style/bad condition, you'll look infinitely better than if you got a medium- or even high- priced suit off the rack

custom tailored here in korea was 210 bucks for a high end 2 button single split tail. 6 hidden pockets too
