Here's your answer, OP. Your pic has an extremely average build: no muscle, no fat, average height. Just buy longer (not wider) pants and make sure shirts either fit well around your torso when you buy them, or otherwise fit around the shoulders so you can have them tailored. It's the easiest of fits and terribly inoffensive.
