What do you call those jackets the character on the right is wearing, /fa/?

I can't find anywhere selling them, not in simple colours anyway and everywhere seems to have a different name for them.

I just picked up the Carhartt Nimbulus, can fully recommend it, its wind and (mostly) water proof, and the lining is fleece, so comfy as fuck
