Just save. How old are you? are you buying them from necessaty or because you just want some to make a (shit) fit. if you're buying them to just make a fit, save you're money. You're not ready for the purchase or any other purchase for further fits.
Oxford (dress) shoes are pretty much only going to look good if you pay $100+. I got mine for $90, called ashton greys. Wooden mid sole.

I've bought used common projects so yes, used shoes are good if still left in good condition.
Just check thrift stores rng may give you some luck.
Your choices are thrift and ebay. You won't find decent shoes that cheap new. Hell, you won't find decent shoes for $200 new.
