Pretty much this. Though sometimes I'll cuff them if I wanna mix it up or I think it'd pair with the shoes better.
Like a week then I was in cold water and dry on low heat. Sometimes less if I get them dirty or go to a club and they smell like smoke and the bottom has been in a beer puddle.

Wash*
I wash after like two weeks, though I have a rotation of like 5 pairs of pants. The wash makes them shrink a little bit and the first wear is always there to get them unstrecthed. So the whole shrinking thing makes me reluctant to wash super often.
