Look into Meermin. Nice quality, fairly cheap.
UK sizes, so don't make a mistake.

Seconding Meermin. You could also check out Bexley, they have pretty much the cheapest good dress shoes in the game. If you don't have any dress shoes yet; buy two pairs. One pair of black oxfords, plain or cap toe. One pair of brown derbies.
