What would be considered a Deep Conditioning Treatment? if i have suave moroccon oil would that count? Also how would I go about doing it?

I use a shampoo similar to that and use it every 2-3 days followed by a Mane n Tail Conditioner. I dunno if its optimal but it doesn't make my hair full of dandruff or dry. I just need minimal product now when styling
