What is the most effay decade (in the 20th century), and why is it the most effay?
Personally, I pic the 80's because it seemed that nothing could go wrong, everything was at the cusp of perfection, and fantastic new music and art was being created every single day. Also, although there was some far out fashion trends, many people who wore normal clothes in the 80s would be considered effay today. Pic related.

The early 60's was the height of at least American culture in just about every area except maybe literature. It was certainly the height of style, and it's been downhill every since that decade reached it last couple of years.
