Levi's Commuter Cargo. Even though they are hated they're pretty good. They become less waterproof after each wash but this is fixable by proper washing (just google it if needed) and applying wax after many washes.
are m65's considered tech? they're tactical as fuck.

There are some nice updated m-65 by isaora and aether from high quality membrane.
Don't know if they are still available online though.
