You don't have to wear every 'cool' piece of clothing you own at the same time. Figure out what look you're going for and try to make it work.
In this case you have two options.
You could lose the ripped tee, stacks, and geos, get some slim jeans with the correct inseam and wear some clean shoes like gats or slim boots. If you really wanna go for a grungier vibe, keep it simple with one or two rips in your clothes rather than shreds.
The other option is to drop the leather and plain tee and go full goof. To use a leather in this look it'd have to be a more interesting piece like a Rick blistered lamb or just a more unique cut. A bomber would work as well. If you wanna layer something over the shredded layer you gotta use a raw edge shirt so there's no out of place clean hem.
