By the hammer loop on the leg it's probably any old carpenter jean fuckery, but Levi's 559/560/569 are as loose as they offer and are just different rises. I have no aversion to baggy either and it's shit that for now it's only skinnies ever.

I live in Europe, and I swear even the 501s we have are lower and skinnier than their American counterparts.
Any store that does have relaxed fits, only carries them in waists 36 and above. What the fuck?
