If you just have them around your neck and they complement other denim pieces you wear, it could be doubleplus effay.
Never, ever, consider them for music listening, they are super pleb tier, even Beats are better.
Please learn to accept and appreciate the simple, technical appearance of gear that is made to to its job. Having good, unpretentious headphones show that you care about quality and are no brainless, show-off hipster idiot.

I knew a guy named Adam who did that and it would have been cool but literally you couldn't go five minutes without him bringing it up, whipping out his phone and showing you a video. That kid had his head so far up his ass about how cool he was about fire spinning.
