Its a place that sells brand name clothing for cheap, usually the clothing is defective in one way or another, misplaced stitching, quality is subpar to what they wanted, or they discontinued the item but had a shitload of stock that wasnt going to sell, so they throw it in a ross for super cheap. Found a 45 dollar t shirt in there once for 9 bucks.
