Want to fix your acne? 5 easy steps.

1. More sleep, more water, less saturated fat/sugar intake. Eat alot of salmon and take a zinc + vitamin D supplement

2. Wash face twice a day with a ph balanced cleanser, such as innisfree bija anti-trouble cleansing gel
