i recently copped a bunch of uniqlo socks. they are ok. relatively thin, not the most comfortable around the toe, but i think with a few wears and washes that will get better, but no staying power at all, they just slip right down your shin and bunch on top of your shoe.
if they were in nice colors they would be utter trash. prettty cheap though so i guess ok entry level socks if your in a pinch

yeah i think they will be better in the warmer months. they definitely arent great for winter. every time ive worn them my feet have been cold, but its also been well below zero where im at, when where i was at last week was 50 degrees so im not used to the cold yet.

most of my socks are Happy Socks, argyle, checked, other patterns etc
Some have pizzas, burgers & fries, puppy dogs, etc
Can't go wrong.

yeah i definitely like thick socks. the aesthetic is just pleasing to me. but i havent been able to find anything quite like what i want, and short of taking up knitting i doubt if i ever will. i want socks that look like i just cut the sleeves off a thick aran sweater and put them on my feet.

Bought some old navy socks in some hip colors with like little color flecks on them. They're pretty cool and no issues with quality so far
