my arms are like this, but only slightly less hairy. (i.e it goes all the way to my hands, and i'm white.) is there any way to make them less hairy without going fully bald? or should i at least shave my hands? or nothing at all? or totally shave my arms? what is the most effay way to have arm hair?

My arms are exactly like yours naturally. What I do is get a beard trimmer and set the guard on it to the LONGEST setting. This keeps me hairy but in a more manageable length that doesn't look like you are trimming it. It just keeps the hair from bunching up if you wear a watch and so forth. I pretty much do this to my entire body, so all the hair is still there, it is just not so long so it doesn't create those huge dark areas where the hair overlaps.
I even trim my ass that way when I take a shit it doesn't take forever to get clean because the poopoo is all stuck in the hair.
I also take a razor to my knuckles and keep the hair off those because to me it looks weird.
So, basically slowly shorten hairs until it looks better but don't shave anything and don't go too short where it looks like you shortened everything.

well you cant shave it by yourself and it will grow back very quickly. the stubble will be uncomfortable and might even look worse than long hair. if you're gonna do anything i would wax it or look into laser hair removal or something.
