I've been looking to get a cut like that for a while. Do you have a reference that you used or another (it's okay if face is covered, it looks like those glasses frames are very similar to my own, thus the face shape is probably similar and it'll work).

It's pretty similar to this, just longer in the bangs and with some short disconnected layers. I cut the whole thing with thinning shears, no regular shears at all.

toner i believe. you can get this purple shampoo that helps

It needs to be as light as that pic, I actually did tone it to silver, pic related. The toner was Kenra 10sm with 10 volume developer, if you have a hairdresser friend they can buy it for you. I have also had good results with Wella T14 and 20 volume developer which you can buy at Sally beauty supply. Purple shampoo is a must to keep it from fading.
