So I live in a place that's regularly 70-90F on any given day, and I've always wondered how feasible it is to wear boots in this kind of weather - particularly leather boots. Anyone have any experience with wearing boots regularly in hot climates, any recs for styles that work best in this kind of environment, etc.?
Wear like DM flats that are designed to disguise themselves as sneakers
You're joking right?
But seriously, yeah, people do that all the time. Just wear the usual hipster leather boots with dress socks. I do that almost daily now that I think about it.

I understand modern combat boots are, but I was asking primarily about leather boots, like in the OP pic. Combat boots have a lot of mesh, but I've been warned off by numerous people saying not to buy purely leather boots in a hot climate.
well your feet and especially ankles will be hotter

you'll be fine. i wear black leather boots in the tropics and my feet haven't caught fire. yet.
Look at Clark's desert Mali, the leather is thin and not super nice but they are actually desert boots. I have a pair in black that I wear in the summer.
