If you're gonna get combat boots, get combat boots. Bate's makes halfway decent boots, their Enforcer's are similar to your image. Danner's makes better shit but is more expensive. In truth, these days most people prefer Soloman's and Merrell's (Moab is God-tier apparently) because of the hot climate, but most guys still have to wear the old Belleville's or if they're lucky get issued Danner RAT boots (which are significantly better). Nike, Under Armor, and a few other's are also putting out some decent ones, but not like the ones you want.
As far as camo pants, 5.11 and Blackhawk are kind of the big names, but some like Tru-Spec and Propper. Rothco is fine if you're not actually expecting to crawl through the mud or anything.
