I wear one pair straight for about 2 weeks, then throw them into the laundry, swap to a different pair and repeat until I'm out of jeans (I own 3-4 pairs that I use), then wash. I'd feel dirty taking a pair out of the laundry and using them again. And yes I do use underwear.
I just walk and sit around in my jeans, if that makes any difference. I have different pants for stuff where you move and sweat a lot.
