I don't know what your budget is, but I got a pair of Adidas Raleigh Mids a while back.
They're really comfy, white all over (not off-white either), and aren't that bulky.

Op here, i actually have a black and white pair, but im looking for something kind of like pic related to the OP. Something among the lines of the design, like the smooth outline shape, minimalistic stitching, nice color ways. Idk if im just being picky but i got some new clothes recently and thought of a really good fit that would look great with a pair like that
