Ok, in simple terms I get what you're going for but it does need more refinement:
Hate the curtains and the bed.
You need to decide whether to go for either dark or light wood colours only; mixing is hard to pull off.
The wallpaper could be cool although isn't at the moment.
Try to have less things on the fool, it just makes it look cluttered.
And I personally don't like the rugs although other might.
