I have something similar, just keep trimming the beard with a electric trimmer and it will start to get less noticeable, DONT SHAVE, you will go back to square one. Actually, shave, but just the neckbeard portion. Keep it tight.

On another note, I think you should shave and try adopting a skin care routine. Maybe clean up your eye brows a bit as well. From what I can tell it seems like you have pretty good facial aesthetics, but you could improve on some things.
