I use a full line of Jane Iredale products. It's expensive, but it works. Looks natural, applies easily, stays on all day. I couldn't ask for more.

Use a bb cream if you really need it
Wearing make-up as a guy is pathethic. It makes you seem self-conscious, which is not cool and not attractive.
And you can always tell if somebody is wearing make-up.
