I own this in black. So far it feels like the highest quality backpack I've ever owned.
That said I also have only had it for about 2 weeks so we'll see how it stands the test of time.
Also the laptop pocket that I didn't know was there when I initially bought it really bumped up my feelings about it.

I got one of those NP Einar bags 2 years ago and the fastener/loops on the straps broke. But they were able send replacements and store credit pretty quick so idk, take that as you will.
