What's the best site for skate clothes/shoes? Also, do you guys prefer Lakais or Emericas for skating (or a different brand)?
Lakais are too clumpy for me, never used Emerica. Skated in Huf Choice for a while, they were great but they fell appart pretty quickly. Currently skating in New Balance Numerics. Super comfy, great quality.
Nikes and Reeboks have always lasted me the longest

PS Stix may not be the most durable, but damn does it feel good. It's the best performance wise I think. A good combination of durability and performance are the deluxe brands ( Real, Krooked, Anti Hero) pressed at the bareback and generator wood shops. I believe that Polar and Magenta are made at those shops as well.

There used to be a sick skate shop in my city called Embasi. But now every douche and his mom rides fucking Sports Authority longboards and Embasi closed down. Now the closest skate shop to me is literally an hour away. They have a cool indoor park (basically a small warehouse full of ramps, so small that you have to duck so as not to hit your head when you're on the mini) but their blanks are so legendarily shit that all the area punk bands wrote songs about it. Skate shops are a dying breed.
To answer the OP question, for shoes, Vans usually. I actually had a pair of Nikes for a while that were really good but they got wet and never smelled right again. For clothes just what I normally wear.
