What's the fashion scene in HK like? I've got a cousin there and I've always wanted to go see it. Does it have any unique styles or is it all typical Chinese nouveau riche stuff. Does it compare to jap fashion (pic related)

Anyone?

This is the least ground-breaking suggestion ever but in case you didn't know it was there, the Times Square mall is huge.

depends what kind of clothes you're looking for..
go to the big malls, i.e. what was suggested already (Times Square) or Harbour City and anywhere in Tsim Sha Tsui. Also check out Wyndham Street and Ice House Street in Central
Can't you get lots of counterfit brand stuff dirt cheap in china? Just look around in random shops I guess, have fun

Im being serious though, I was in HK a month ago, its literally ALL high end stuff. Its the same shops street after street. Expect to see Louis shops, Chow Thai Fook jewlers on every god damn fucking corner.
Local here, try I.T /fa/m

Also, japanese brands are huge. You'll probably spot a lot of BAPE, Neighborhood, etc. As for local brands, there's Izzue, Fingercroxx, Chocoolate, Tough Jeansmith, etc. Stores are pretty easy to spot, just google some of those if you're interested.
