No. I barely wear headphones, but when I do, they're the large over-the-ear kind. Also, even cheap Sony over-the-ear headphones sound better than upper-range earbuds.
Earbuds inevitably sound worse. You simply cannot get a full range of sound with such a small speaker; you run into limitations with the wavelengths of the sound itself.
Plus, do you really look /fa/ if you look like you're straight out of an Apple commercial?

Is there any alternative to that? Currently using white but will love to get something in other color. Maybe red, light blue or orange.
I think MEE m6 Pros are the most /fa/ IEMs out there. Not only do they have a great sound, they come with 2 removable cables.
Also they are clear/white and generally aesthetically pleasing.
To answer your question OP, whites are. I own black ones now and feel like certain fits were jeopardised.
