Who makes a decent pair of pale jeans? Uniqlo have a nice shade, but surely I can find something better quality than that?

Where should I buy some basic tees?
I've tried uniqlo and h&m for some cheapies but they both are lacking when it comes to pastels.
ironically hanes has some seemingly nice colors but hanes and gildan are my very last resort.
