What would you call these pants? Do they exist?
They kinda look like harem pants, but they seem to be heavier fabric, have folds, and have the high waist.

What the fuck are these? I've seen people do this with shirts, too; where they're wearing a t-shirt, but the forearm has a sleeve over it that's attached with belts or suspenders or something. It actually looks nice if it's done right.
