Adressing your jawline issue. The only way is to drop body fat. For the time being If you wanna look better in pictures, find the side of your face that is most symmetrical and well proportioned and avoid bottom camera angles like in the pic you just took.
Sadly you cant modify your facial structure (except plastic surgery of course or growing a beard). I'm under the impression that you lift, so when you're fit enough and reduce your body fat percentage, your face will loose the roundness. Dont get discouraged and keep on improving yourself. You remind me of one of my friends.
