is intermittent fasting bullshit? tried it today, ate only about 300 calories, feel fine, not v hungry

Based off your BMR(assuming youre a healthy average person), your body only probably NEEDS around 900calories to survive.Once you adjust to something like 1200, there shouldnt be any MAJOR health issues provided the 1200 year eat has lots of nutrients(salads and fruits.
