I know most of the people I know set their jeans on their hips, but is it too high to have it just about under your belly button? Also how long should your jeans/pants be when you're not wearing shoes? As someone who is 5'9.5 and short legs, it is hard to find pants that fit well unless they are a low cut type f jeans
