Fuck up your sleep pattern. I didn't sleep at all last night, or on Monday night. Couch napped Tuesday night. Get most of your sleep from sitting-up naps and shit.
Also give it time. My sleep schedule has been fucked for like 5 years. Not by choice but yeah it got me bags under my eyes.
Also diet and complexion probably. I'd imagine bags show up easier when you're pale and lacking nutrition

I think they're caused by facial bone structure. I find being slightly overweight makes them less noticeable.
