OP, you are a good looking guy, and while your dress sense isn't to my taste, I think it suits you. That said, the moustache looks ridiculous. You look like you're trying to emulate Brad Pitt, but doing a shit job at it. Either shave it off, or let it grow out more. At the moment it wouldn't look out of place on a 14 year old.
