Ehh there are not many milsurps places around because we went through military dictatorship so there isn't a real fetish for military stuff in general, and it raises many eyebrows. Hunting shops are as close as you can get, but they offer hiking boots and the like, not boots like those.

In terms of military surplus there's a big difference in something being unobtainable because rare/virtually non-existent than it being hard to obtain because it's expensive. Something being down to "the last pieces in existence" (see: karst) is significantly harder to get than something in abundance but just expensive (see: rodesian camo).
