most fits that incorporate that kinda look aren't so bottom-heavy. Maybe it's the pose, definitely something to do with the hair. I think it's a good fit. Shoe's look too big on you though and you're making a very anger-inducing facial expression which isn't helping. Try padding out the top with another layer? Consider swapping the tee for something low-cut perhaps, or to a different colour that compliments the shoes.

Also your jeans and belt look incredibly cheap, the grey socks don't help. Swap belt to something thick and angular/thin and coloured for an accent(bright blue or yellow)/no belt at all.
The socks %100 should be black, unless you want to splash out on some thick winter-y type grey ones (keep in mind that wouldn't work so well if going for coloured belt).
Consider pinrolling the jeans out the way rather than in, but up to you. pinroll is kinda a meme atm.

Stay away from graphic tshirts. A plain white shirt, or something with an interesting fix/texture/pattern is much better and makes you look less like a teenager. (though if that shirt has an all-over paint dripping sort of thing going on, maybe try it with a less busy shirt over top, or just the tshirt).
I don't know what those pants are supposed to be but they're not working for me. Try some black denim to start with. A light wash blue denim might go with what I think you're trying to accomplish with your outfit as well. Go to the mall, try on as many different fits/brands as you have time to to figure out what works for you.
Shoes are super plebby. You look kind of like you skateboard, so if that's your reason for those shoes, id suggest something like Macbeths. They're a little more stylish and you can still skate in them. Your big ugly laces are ruining them even more.
Long hair/bun is fine, bur it looks like you have sideburns growing or something. Keep them shaved off or you'll just look ratty. It'll also make your head look a little less long. Try the bun a litttttttle higher up. Like where your skull starts sticking out on the back of your head.
