I have major depressive disorder and I care about clothing. I don't even know why I do anymore though... I think at this point I'm just using fashion as another thing to distract me from life. I'm not OP btw.
First off only shower once a week and only eat once a day
The past few days I've been wearing sweatpants and a purple tee shirt
It also helps if you sleep in more and not do anything all day but lay in bed trying desperately not to think about your future so you don't get suicidal
