it's pretty average, in fact my hair looks exactly like that. But I'm kind of assuming you mean "texture", because it is quite rare to have thick, high-volume hair be so textured (mine comes out as a big solid mass, like an afro/bowlcut combo). Here's the kick tho senpai... it's just the blonde streaks that create that textured illusion.
If your hair is fine/thin then I'm sorry and disregard everything. But, you probably just need a stylist.

Try dry shampoo and back combing. It helps in giving more volume to hair. You don't need the dry shampoo but it usually helps.
