How to be /fa/ when you're both pale and bald? Can't wear black as you just look like a sickly cancer patient.

Getting tans when you're pale and bald isn't really much of an option. You just burn.

The sickly look IS the look when you're pale and bald. If that's how you look but are not trying to project that image then change it up... Color palette, facial hair, glasses, eat more, etc

Super short stubble. Obviously will keep the (full) beard even though it'll age me somewhat.
Gonna cut out the coffee too as I'm afraid it may be affecting my iron uptake. Ultimately, I may just have to let it run it's course.

honestly, if you're not gonna get annoyed with the bald patch standing out a little, running with a tiny bit of stubble is probably for the best - keeping the rest of your head shaved down appropriately all the time would be a nightmare
and yeah, beard is definitely a good idea, if you feel that it ages you, perhaps you could try to strip your age a bit by dressing down rather than going for the beardless, bald look
either way, a shaved head definitely looks younger than a balding one

I've decided that I won't go full bic and wet shave my head unless it gets patchy, however at the moment I think it's just the one spot - my crown is looking bigger than usual.
Despite the beard, unless I lose a little weight my face looks kinda young. At a push I could maybe go for some well shaped stubble, but I won't go clean shaven til I'm older or I get sick of having a beard.
Crazy to think how it was only an inch in diameter back in August.

talking from experience, 'weird' head shape stands out a lot less than you'd think
although if you do get in those thoughts, make sure you don't evaluate it standing close to a mirror since it will make your head shape and proportions look way more potato than they actually are
