There's Burberry quilted jackets for 700. You can dig around and luck out with something 600. You'd be hard pressed to find anything below that, though.

Carhartt kimmel jacket, a little bit "heritage workwear", but sometimes its just what you need in autumn. Also, very good material, waay better than general carhartt.
Fidelity peacoat. unfashionble, but pretty good for warm winter. Mine is a little bit longer, and a little bit oversized,but this aqtually makes it look way interesting whan general peacoats. Also, love this fidelity mark.

Someone said it was shit and you're bound to get that response no matter what you post on here, but I want to elaborate more on why that jacket is probably not a good purchase (in my opinion and in the other person's opinion).
The material is relatively "rigid" as I'm sure you can see in the picture and while I don't have any offhand of the jacket unzipped (which is how you will primarily be wearing it) I can infer that it's going to flare outwards on the sides (similar to regular leather biker jackets of the same cut when they are new and haven't broken in yet).
It's also a striking piece that you can't just wear everyday or you will run the risk of looking like you can only afford one jacket. It's also a nice-enough piece that you might as well just get a regular leather jacket of the same cut (possibly from acne or if you're strapped for cash check out the premium quality H&M leather jackets, despite what people say I have personally seen 2 of H&M's leather jackets and the quality will surprise you. They will not "fall apart" like people on here would like you to believe to justify their more expensive lusty items). That's not to say more expensive items aren't "worth" it, they definitely are, but if you're strapped for cash I would recommend one of the premium H&M jackets, they are not bad.

Second hand shops don't offer a whole lot of variety, mind you. There was half a dozen of coats and every single one of them was 3-4 sizes too big for me. That one is the best alternative among them. Bedale has snap button vents on the back and elastic wrist cuffs.
Beaufort is slightly longer cut and has a game pocket in place of vents.
Beadnell is similar to Bedale but has an extra stitch from neck to cuff.
