Yes, but like most things there is a point in where you should stop and you'd just become a caricature of yourself and you'd just be sporting a face fedora. It should always be professional and neat with very little to no styling effort.
Also remember that some faces just aren't made for mustaches. If you are under 30 years old, don't do it at all. Juvenile faces just look ridiculous with mustache.
