GOAT
just waiting to see the first person to paint a motorcycle jacket or fishtail with a bob ross-style landscape.
it's coming. just wait.
or don't wait. do it first and be the dopest motherfucker alive before the shit's urban outfitters-core 4 years from now.

There was a Bob Ross marathon on Twitch not too long ago.

It would be incredibly hard to do that. Wouldn't work with oil paint because it would break down and wash away from exposure and you can't do wet on wet with acrylic. Best way would be to use like stencils and fabric paint to slowly build something up or a printing machine/heat press.

how were these done?
>>10615068
printing
>>10615073
thought they were advertised as "hand painted"
>>10615068
>>10615073
painted onto canvas patches and sewn to the garment

with that painted patch idea
you could take a leather jacket that has a back yoke, and probably side panels, and remove the back bodice to work on and paint
just that issue brought up above of what would be the best paint
also, fuck sewing leather

honestly will do this. project for winter break maybe?

good, post daily progress pics.
and please don't write some obvious text on the back like HAPPY LITTLE TREES or PTHALO BLUE LOL. making it into a joke garment will make it un-dope immediately. forging bob ross' sig at the bottom of the painting would be okay though if it's subtle. or buying a vintage uniform name patch that says "Bob" and sewing it on the front. subtle reference would be okay.
