What do you wear if you don't like jeans, don't have a job that requires a suit/slacks but you're also too old to walk around in sweatpants?

I've been wearing the 5 pocket pants from club Monaco. Idk if they still sell them, but they're a nice inbetween of casual and business casual. They're also a bit stretchy so they're comfortable and good if you're a bit fit
