Have you looked at yourself in the mirror lately? You're not ugly but you look like a shy, quiet guy that works at a pet shop. That undercut makes you look like an idiot trying hard to be "hip". Bee yourself.
I've got pretty much the same hair. Just going to get the back and sides cleaned up a bit, maybe take just a bit off the top.
