Well the weird thing is the sizing is different now. Ever since he changed to IT sizing the fit isn't quite the same. Good chance you're a straight up XS or a modern IT46. You can try them on in store and if you're a 46 you're likely and XS in the older jackets

I have the reverse leather lows. They are super stiff and no sign of breaking in anytime soon. Plus they are heavy, even heavier than my high tops surprisingly. The worst part though is my ankle bone (the lateral and medial malleolus according to Google) gets chewed up from running against the top of the opening - pic related

This is my experience. My pods are an XS and fit a little big, my contrasting waistband sweats are an S and fit just fine. But I think I could wear an XS in the contrasting waist and it would just stretch to fit anyways. They're very forgiving.

Typically a 48 is a medium. However Rick outerwear fits slim. I'm between a small and a medium top and his 48 fits me perfectly. Also it's how grailed lists sizes by lumping all the different sizing as one (it, eu, fr, us)

Leather will be fine in the rain. With my B/W Geos I put a very very light coat of wax (red wing makes one that's more of a creme). It doesn't change how they look, but it gives you good protection against a torrential downpour. Probably overkill though.

If you're buying unsanforized raw denim, you *have* to shrink it to size, or you'll fuck up your fades when you do get around to washing it. Unsanforized (99% of normal denim) doesn't need it.
