No joke I've seen american eagle pants at marshalls for $15 with the same fit. They make some loose tapered khaki, but the sizing is really weird. One marked 26 waist could end up being the same as 30.

Are you a girl? CDG XS tshirts are a great fit for me, and I'm just a short person in general. Organic by John Patrick shirts also work well if you're slim; they're not that long.
